My Amazon Essentials
Welcome to my list of Amazon must-haves and favorites for when I’m working out or traveling. I’ve mentioned some of these items on a handful of my blogs. I figured, for your ease, I compiled them all on one page. I’m only recommending items I’m currently using or have used previously, and I still trust.
Hey there! Just a heads up – this post includes some affiliate links. If you click through and make a purchase, I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. I only share products I actually use and love! Thanks for supporting this blog. ❤️ Full disclosure here.
Sesh/Workout Needs
KT Tape – If you’ve read a handful of my sesh entries, you know I use KT Tape to get that much-needed added support to finish my workout pain-free.
Owala FreeSip Water Bottle – Hydrate is a must. During my recent Camp Social trip, my friend and I decorated our bottles.
Fit Active Workout Gloves – Not only do they protect my hands from calluses, but they also provide support for my wrists.
Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Low Top Sneakers – These are my go-to sneakers whenever I row.
Row Machine Seat Cushion – This saved my tush and kept me from sliding out of your erg seat during my first half-marathon. Now, it’s a staple whenever I row.
Manduka GRP Mat – I highly recommend this mat, especially if you’re a hot yoga kinda yogi. I’ve had mines for almost 10 years, and it’s still grippy!
Yoga Towel with Grip Dots – Another must-have item if hot yoga is your thing.
Yoga Mat Sani Spray Cleaner – After all that sweat, cleaning my mat is part of the ritual.
Fingerless Yoga Gloves – Having that extra grip is essential.
Gaiam Thick Yoga Mat – If my knees need that extra support, this thick yoga mat is a godsend.
Yoga Mat with an Alignment System – This is my at-home yoga mat. When you don’t have an instructor who can correct your posture, the least you can do is be aligned correctly, and this mat helped me with that.
On Cloud X 3AD – My main pair for any other workout, like Hyrox training.

Wander/Travel Needs
SwissGear Travel Backpack – A well-designed backpack that has compartments for your tech and essentials. It also fits under the airplane seat.
Lululemon Everywhere Belt Bag – I was skeptical at first, but was pleasantly surprised by how much this bag can hold! The pockets truly helped keep my items organized.
Cabeau Travel Neck Pillow – It’s one of the most supportive neck pillows I’ve tried. Plus, it’s compact and comes with earplugs in case you forget your headphones.
Allbirds Wool Water-Repellent Shoes – I didn’t have the chance to break these in to New York and Camp Social. Turns out, they were comfortable enough and didn’t need to break them in at all!
Bose QuietComfort Noise-Cancelling Headphones – I initially purchased them for the office to help me focus, but I now mainly use them when traveling for work or leisure. They’re comfortable, and the battery lasts a good amount of time.
Apple AirPods Pro – If over-the-ear headphones are too bulky, I opt for my noise-cancelling AirPods.
Gonex Compression Cubes – It comes with four different sizes. Each comes with double zippers to compress your clothes.
Cambond Travel Underwear Organizer – A must for your delicates when you’re traveling. Plus, it has pockets to keep them all organized.
Travel Depot’s USB-C Adapter Cable Kit – I used to bring a pouch bag with just different charging cables. I don’t need to do that, thanks to this cable kit!
Nimble Portable Charger – It’s compact and fits nicely in a SwissGear backpack pocket.

There you have it! I hope you find my recommendations helpful. I’ll periodically update this page if I find other essentials. Comment below or connect with me on Instagram or Pinterest if you have any questions.
